If you have say a good cleric and then do the stronghold, then if you use a evil cleric (in say a multiplayer game) and tried to do the stronghold would it work, because in the churches wipe eachother out, and you cant really do the unseeing eye quest twice can you...

Only the main PC can get strongholds, not just any PC created by you

sorry, i meant the mod where all of the charincters in your party can get a stronghold.

There IS no mod where all NPCs can get a stronghold. There is a mod (don't know if it's been released yet) that allows certain NPCs to acquire certain strongholds, provided that the PC is not eligible for those strongholds. It will not allow any "stepping on toes:" Mazzy can agree to run the de'Arnisse Keep if she's in the party and you don't mind, but she will not be given that opportunity if the PC wants the Keep for him/herself, and Korgan is never given the option at all.
