I usually avoid making parties where some NPC's don't get along. Some of them even fight to death. But then I miss all the banter and the story behind it.

So one of my next games will be the Haters party. :D

IIRC these are the deadly combos:

Keldorn & Viconia
Korgan & Aerie
Minsc & Edwin

And there is also a possible fight between Haer'Dalis and the protagonist if he romances Aerie.

Did I forget anyone?

The starting party would be:

PC
Aerie
Haer'Dalis
Minsc
Edwin
Viconia

When either Minsc & Edwin fight OR PC & Haer'Dalis someone dies and I introduce Keldorn. And when the next deadly fight ends I bring in Korgan.

When they all bash themselves to death and only a few reamin I bring in the NPC's who also don't get along but don't have deadly confrontations.

Valygar & Viconia (ONLY if u talk to someone in a certain district in Athkatla - didn't want to spoil the fun ya know :D )

Anomen & Keldorn OR Aerie (Make sure you make him fail the dang test though! [img]graemlins/evilhaha.gif[/img] )

Korgan and Aerie will not ever actually come to blows. Sorry.
