I've started a new game, one that combines a good group of characters I genuinely like, and they're of a pretty good power level too. I based my protagonist on a female Dwarven Barbarian/Cleric I played in 3rd edition pnp D&D. She's a Chaotic Good Fighter/Cleric in BGII. I'm considering using Shadowkeeper to add in a rage or two for her, but I think that is cheating, and I want to play "fair and square."

I downloaded the Annah Voice Pack from sorcerers.net, and her soundset is very similar to the voices I used when playing this character! What's also funny is that the Female Dwarf Fighter sprite has a beard! LOL!

It is unfortunate that I can not find a portrait that fits the style of the BGII ones of a bearded female Dwarf. Oh well, can't have everything! :D I'm using the Shar-Teel picture, which at least has a helmet with horns on it. ;)

Oh yeah, I currently have Keldorn, Minsc, Jaheira, and Jan in my party. I plan on adding Imoen when I reach Spellhold (which I'll be doing when I turn the game on next).

The newest banterpack has added a bunch of funny stuff to my game, and I like playing without a romance. It's just better, IMHO. My story is concentrating on getting Imoen back, and my NPC's individual problems, not on making sure my lover stays happy. [img]smile.gif[/img]
