I just did the bit in trade meet and saved the girl and shes getting married and whatever, now i am going after the skinner of the master or whoever in the umar hills like the not said. where do i go to find this contact? i want to kill the baddies

I think you have to get a certain book first, hopefully someone will correct me if im wrong and fully answer the question because i can hardly recall.

I take it you found out his real name, correct? You have to buy the book, say his name, and then say you will make the armor. If you want to kill him, I would suggest doing that. Then you can use your knowledge and kill him, unless of course he has a minhp item, and then you will have to complete the armor yourself. When you come back to get the armor, I know that you can kill him. I always do it.
