Simple question, simple answer.

No.

Welcome to the forum's BTW.

Do you mean the bhaal spawn abilities, if so i don't think so, it is alignment that afects these. Wisdom affects the level/number of preist spells you can cast.

You beat me to it Q'alooaith. And welcome, phenom.

ok.
*possible spoiler*

it's just after i lost a point of wisdom(which i chose to lose), i lost my innate spells.... is this because i gained the ability to become the slayer.

No, the events are related, but that's not the direct cause.

When Irenicus steals your soul, you lose your Bhaal powers (look carefully in the cut scene and you'll see the words 'loses all Bhaal powers' appear briefly above your head)

The dream sequence (whilst related) occurs after you've lost your Bhaal powers and thus the wisdom drop you chose had no effect on them.

Edit: spelling

If you have just started SoA your ALIGNMENT determines exactly which innate abilities you have.

The Bhaalspawn abilities received for each alignment are:

Lawful Good & Neutral Good: Cure Light Wounds(2), Slow Poison(2), Draw Upon Holy Might(2)
Chaotic Good: Cure Light Wounds(2), Slow Poison(2), Draw Upon Holy Might(1), Vampiric Touch(1)

Lawful Neutral: Larloch's Minor Drain(1), Cure Light Wounds(1), Slow Poison(1), Horror(1), Vampiric Touch(1), Draw Upon Holy Might(1)
True Neutral: Larloch's Minor Drain(2), Slow Poison(1), Horror(1), Vampiric Touch(1), Draw Upon Holy Might(1)
Chaotic Neutral: Slow Poison(1), Larloch's Minor Drain(1), Slow Poison(2), Draw Upon Holy Might(1), Vampiric Touch(1)

Lawful Evil & Chaotic Evil: Larloch's Minor Drain(2), Horror(2), Vampiric Touch(2)
Neutral Evil: Larloch's Minor Drain(1), Cure Light Wounds(1), Horror(2), Vampiric Touch(1), Draw Upon Holy Might(1)

Of course, these abilities are determined by reputation throughout the course of BG1, so a character created by yourself that you ran through the game could have a mix that is not illustrated above.

IIRC, a reputation above 11 grants a 'good' Bhaalspawn power, and a reputation of 10 or under generates a 'evil' Bhaalspawn power.
