Could someone please provide a list of items/weapons that provide magical resistances and the bonuses they confer.

That could take a long time!

No one mentioned Carsomyr +5 or Flame of the North. Carsomyr gives 50% magic resistance, and the Flame of the North gives 10% magic resistance.

Is there a tears of Bhaal reward that grants MR%?

Yep, that would be selfishness tear: +10% MR

There is also Cloak of Balduran which comes with Tactics component Lich in the Docks: +25% MR
