I'm going to be importing my dwarven fighter from BGI into BGII soon, and I'd like to find a good dwarven soundset for him to use.
I've been using the Male3 option from BGI (the Ringo-sounding one), which is kinda fun, but not available in BGII. And I can't figure out how to program it over. Anyway, can anybody point me in the right direction for a cool dwarven soundset? TIA |
If you've got IWD, there is a good dwarf soundset.

I do not have IWD. Is there a way I can DL this soundset? Are the BGII and IWD soundsets interchangeable?

Do a "search" on the topic of soundsets. This question, believe it or not, has been asked before.
Short answer: yes. Somewhat less short answer: you can copy and paste your BG1 dwarf soundset right into BG2 and it will work just fine. -- mal |

I want this soundset too, and I even just asked for it on the IwD forum. If someone sends it to me, I can forward it to you, kf. [ 12-10-2004, 12:33 PM: Message edited by: Klorox ] |
Thanks Klorox. Please e-mail me if you get anything.

still no responses there. i just bumped the thread, but I dont think that forum gets much action.

Sorry for bumping an old(ish) thread, but it was either this or start a new one. The one you forwarded me had a virus on it, Klorox.
Maybe I'll try to contact that guy on the IWD forum. ON EDIT: Since I'm starting a new character this time (new computer, I don't want to play BGI all over again), I was thinking that a female dwarven soundset would be cool too. Doesn't really matter, I just need a soundset. [ 03-22-2005, 07:36 PM: Message edited by: krunchyfrogg ] |
