I came to the last part of the romance.Terminsel came and give me the note of Jaheira then she came to the party again...v.s.I finished all

Now Terminsel must appear for the second time to give Jaheira the Harper Pin but he doesnt..its been at least 15 hours in pause mod..Help needed.
Should i CLUA him? If i must then how?

It happened to me too. He didn't came for a long time. Try finishing Spellhold and go through the Underdark. This worked for me, and when i came outside and went back to the City of Coin, he came.
