I picked up one piece of this before sorting out the troubles at the keep. But now I cannot find the other bits - having checked where they should be and looked.

Is it the case that once you've cleaned up the keep they move somewhere, or that I can only keep the one flail head?

The bits I need are from the statue room on the ground floor and the golem room. I have ToB installed if that makes a difference.

spoil alert:
in order to fully assemble the flail.. you should NOT finish the quest in the keep first by talking to nalia. Find the other parts first. One is located in the golem room (which you found). The other is in the secret room in the upper part of the map on the first level. (near to where you can assemble the flails. The last part (depending if you have the improved torgal installed), is with the converted guard located in a secret passage somewhere in the second floor (yes there is another secret passage aside from the golem). If you are using the improved torgal mod, then its with him.

hmmm, well I completed the quest so I guess I've just got the one bit. It's what I thought and no massive problem. Although I hear the complete flail rules :D

The last 2 parts of the flail (poison electriity IIRC) are in watcher's keep. The final D'arnise part is with Glacias in the hidden area. Charm him and he'l give it to you, or kill him.

You should get a spoiler tag in here..Anyhoo the complete Flail of Ages is +5 and is very powerful, here are the statistics for it:

Wait. Are you saying that you haven't assembled the Flail of Ages +3? That you finished the D'Arnise Keep but didn't get all the heads?

That's right - bad luck meant the route I took made me finish the quest before I got all the bits (this is actually the first time I've played). Next time I'll make sure I get em all :D

This is an instance where I would approve of CLUAing in the extra heads. This is circumventing a glitch/oversight created by making a new map of the Keep.
