Right...here it comes...

1. I've installed the Banterpack, but nobody has talked since the Planar Sphere. And the original dialogue has also stopped. Any clues?

2. I've just casted the spell Summon Fammiliar. And i must admit, i like him, very usefull, but how do i ditch the cat? When in my pack, he takes up an item slot and outside he just walks in the way when my group is in a battle.

3. My party just stumbled across a pack of Greater Wolfweres in the Windspear Hills. I've managed to kill two of them but one still remains. He is practicly invunerable with its rapid regeneration. Any tips on how to beat him?
My party consists of:
- Me, half-elf Blade
- Korgan
- Valygar
- Viconia
- Jan
- Imoen

Hope you know how to use clua-codes.

Can`t help with number one. Try pressing ctrl I. IIRC that forces dialog to start.

2. You are NOT supposed to lose your familiar =) Just put in it your bag when you donīt need it (the whole game). It`ll give you a 12 HP. If it getīs killed you`ll lose a point of constitution and those extra HP:s.

3. Itīs known bug that one of the greater wolfweres there is regenerating much faster than it should. Use ctrl Y or (preferrably) patch your game.

Check you have a backup of the origonal dialog file, and if you dont, then id say re-install your game, and make a back-up of your saves, then install the saves and mods etc.As for the wolfweres, well, just keep heffing them :D

Well, bout the banter pack, I've felt that way before too, but I do believe it's just a matter of time so they start talking... I actually thought they would talk much more, but so far I have not seen as many conversations as I wanted.

bout the familiar I have no idea as I never had one, heh.

For the werewolves: once I went to the windspear hills just after doing the Slaver's quest, it took me a helluva time to finish up the G. wolves, I guess I was too of a low level, so my tip is just, as thatGodthatFailed said, keep hit'em, they are killable, but they may take you some precious time...

Im sure you can live without one of your inventory slots, just get a bag of holding if your running low on inventory slots, BTW what level are your characters...You have a blade right? I think it is possible to avoid some of the Wolf-Wares by hiding in shadows or by going invisible, but I dont really remember that battle, is that the one near where you

The main part of the Banter Pack just adds more dialogues - it doesn't speed them up. Did you install the Banter Accelerator part? In any case, if you know how to use the CLUAConsole, try CLUAConsole:AdvanceRealTime(7200) . That will make the game think you've been playing for 2 hours & should trigger a banter of some sort - if not, you may need to reinstall.

You aren't supposed to get rid of your familiar - it'd be like getting rid of your pet. But... if you really want to, try this: have nothing in your inventory & tell him to get in your backpack - this should put him in the top left slot; then fill up the rest of your inventory slots with anything; then do a quest where you get an item reward & have your Blade do the talking; you should get that "item dropped on the ground" message & it should be your familiar that was dropped - this is definitely cheating, though, since you get to keep the bonus hit points - you might be better off using ShadowKeeper to delete the familiar & manually lower your maximum hit points.

Have Jan & Imoen memorize some Slow spells. Maybe help your odds a bit with Doom & Greater Malison as well. Slow affects a creature's regeneration rate as well as movement & attacks. If you have the Flail of Ages, that would be a great weapon to use here, too, since it can Slow with each hit. Then just pound away with Korgan & your Blade.

Speaking of the banter pack...I have it installed and keep getting

this bit where Jaheira checks me out and then polishes her weapon. I imagine the banterpack has added romance related tidbits...or is that the flirtpack? Is it supposed to keep repeating (not every few seconds, but every half hour in real time or so...)?

That's the Flirt Pack that does that - & yes, they are supposed to repeat (although they do vary to some extent, both in general & with how far into the romance you are). Don't forget to Force Talk the romanceable NPC's while you have the Flirt Packs installed...

Yes, this is true happens to me. If you have this bug it is almost impossible to kill it by normal means. Your best bet would be to lure it in to a bunch of traps or lead it in to a corridor you won't be using again and shut the door on it. I don't think any of the patches fix this issue although the Baldurdash patch might...

First of, thank you all for your replies.
Secondly, i've managed to 'solve' my problems; (from 3 to 1)

3. I remembered something a wise man used to say to me; "If you can't beat 'em, lock 'em up!" So i lured the creature into King Strohm's maze. Ha! Who's the man?! Me baby, me!...Ahem let's go to nr. 2 shall we?...

2. I've grown to like the little cat. Besides, i've got myself a 7-person party! Mhuwhahaha! Now i'm unstoppable!
