No.

Ironskin/ironskin don't stack with themselves. If you would normally get 5 skins from a casting, get hit, and case it again, you will still only have 5.

Does anyone know if ironskin and stoneskin stack? Does anyone know a way to cast both ironskin and stoneskin on the same char?

Ironskin is a druid only spell, and stoneskin a mage spell. As it is impossible to have a druid/mage, it isnt possible without cheating. There are scroll of stoneskin, so you can cast it with the potion bug, but not if you're patched. The other way of doing it is to make a mage/cleric and give yourself the ability to cast ironskin. I have no idea if they will stack, however i believe they will not, as ironskin calls itself stoneskin once you have cast it (look in the character window at your buffs).

I'm reasonably sure that they do stack with each other, but the only effect of casting Stoneskin while already having Stoneskin active is to reset to the maximum number of "skins" if some had been used up.

Someone tested this, and determined that, you can have 2 stoneskins running at the same time, but when you get hit you will lose a stoneskin from "each" Stoneskin count at the same time. So the only affect of casting it while you already have it on, is what Imrahil said: reset the number of skins.
