A couple of days ago, I decided to solo a character for the first time. I haven't done this because of roleplaying reasons, but I decided to give it a shot anyway, and I found this really odd.
(Spoilers I guess) * * * * * * * I've got a fighter/mage right now, and I still vividly remember where all the traps in the game are, but now there aren't any being set off when they obviously should. Can someone explain? |

Some traps have small areas to their sides that can be walked past, and still others have "fuzzy" zones which are in the traps highlighted red area, but don't actually set it off when you step there. It is created when the game naturally links all the edges of the trap together, even though the area of effect is slightly different. Unless you are talking about walking dead-on through the middle of a trap. Even that has happened to me once or twice, and if thats the case I have no idea. Oh well...

Maybe I should clear this up a bit more, not even traps set on chests and doors will go off.

there is a mod that disables all traps and locks in the game. i dont know if you installed that one though.

<span style="color: lightblue">It sounds like you've installed all components of a mod without knowing exactly what they do. This isn't usually a good idea, and I can't help but wonder if you did it with anything other than Ease-of-Use...
