.Okay, I finished the game before, but I never took the planar sphere quest. I am stuck, where do I find the demon so I can get its heart.

I talked to Lavok, been the center power (where all the golems are). I just can't find where the demon is suppose to be, have I missed something??

okay, I am stupid, I found a new path, most likely it is the place that I am looking for, since I been everwhere else...I should do the planar sphere more often.

thanks to those who read, I probably should delete this post then, huh, or should I answer my own question for those who use search, like I should of done in the first place.

Just in case you went the wrong way. The demon is outside ;)

The story of the Sphere is pretty cool. You may have noticed people outside talking about how it just suddenly appeared in the city, crashing down some people's houses. You see, it is effectively a traveling device. There is a navigation room at the front of the sphere (first room on the right). It shows an overhead view of wherever the sphere is parked. When you first enter, notice it is a view of the Slums in Athkatla. After you do part of the quest, check the navigation again: you'll see that you are now parked on another plane!

really, cool I have to check this out. Found where I was suppose to go (did go to right area, yea!), then my game froze up when I almost killed the demon, (my party is pretty high levels), My main character is level 17 swashbuckler (did I spell that right?) Minsc is in my party, I think he is 13 right now. I still need to fight demon though.

If you look around the new plane you can find not one but three demons to fight. Quite useful if you need some extra demon hearts for various weapon upgrades. It can be a little troublesome for inexperienced parties, to say the least...
