I just did Nalia's keep, and was wondering how I can speed up some things so I don't have to wait as long for the next part of the Nalia adventure to continue.

Also, I have the Flail of the Ages, with all 3 heads and the poison, I was wondering how do you get the poisoned attached?

Rest a lot, travel in between areas, and, barring that, leave the game running, paused, overnight.

As for the fourth flail head, you'll have to wait until you finish SoA for that.
