First of all hello regulars, I am new. Second of all i have a question about getting the cheat codes enable. I did the whole "Debug Mode=1" under the program options heading and when I start my game my console window wont come up. This is my second time through the game. My first time through I enabled the cheats just fine and it worked perfectly. Can anyone think of anything that can help me get them to work. I have tried everthing! Thanks

Have you tried... playing the game without cheating? Doh! Just teasing. I think you need to also put Cheats=1 in the same place right after Debug=1, and I think you must make sure it is caps C and D.

You didn't use quotes did you? It should look like this

[Program Options]
Debug Mode=1

and afterwards the console is activated by pressing CTRL+space. You must exit and start the game again for it to work.
