Where can i find the wand of monster summoning? any help appreciated

If you've read my other postings you'll know my opinion of this wand.

It is in a cave in the area located in the very south-eastern corner of the map, gaurded by 3 monsters. BUT wands can be bought cheeply in any good high-street store on the Sword Coast.

But the wand of Monster summoning can be bought only in Baldurs Gate, not outside the city
