So, the elven female running from the drow search party in Ust Natha. You know, where the drow ask you which way she was headed and you can either lie or tell the truth about where she went? Is this an unfinished quest? Are there any consequences depending on what you tell them? Or just a guilty conscience?

As I recall, if you don't actively mislead them, you'll find a Female Elven Mage corpse on the walkway, which stays there for a few hours. Scratch one for the efficiency of the Ust Natha garbage-collection services, I suppose.

It's one of the "roleplaying" moments of BG2.
