does the two weapon fighting style apply to bows and halberds or does in only apply to 2-handed swords? and for one handed weapon fighting, what does the 19 and 20 dice roll mean?

The two weapon fighting style allows you to fight with any two MELEE SINGLE HANDED weapon.

This does not apply to halberds.

If you wish to improve your abilities with halbers, take the two handed weapon proficiency. This applies to halberds and any other melee two-handed weapon.

The 19 and 20 represents the number needed on a 20 sided dice to score a critical hit (i.e. roll a 20 sided dice, if it comes up 19 or 20, you score a critical hit).

Normally, you have a 1 in 20 chance of getting a critical (you roll a 20 on the 20 sided dice). If you have two handed weapon proficiency, your chances are doubled (you roll a 19 OR 20 on the 20 sided dice).

Bleh.
