Please give me a spoiler-free answer:

Does installing Unfinished Business delete Neb from the game, or will I still meet him later? I'm playing with UB for the first time.

Installing UB adds a quest that's related to Neb.

Yes, as Lord said, it *adds* to the Illithium quest, but it does not remove any existing content.
