I have been a while from the forum i was wondering what u guys think is the best Npc in Bg2...and why...
Actually no reason for asking but i am just curius.

Final Boss. Cool voice and deadly mage.

Hes name is irenicus and i think hes the best one to ^^ Irenicus forever! never has any one whit his powers walked the sword cost!I can look on when hes destroying the shadow thiefes forever!Eleminister you aint the the best mage any more Hail Irenicus/Ilethicus!

Got to be Valen for me. She just oozes evil more than any other NPC i think.

Elminster's powers are actually better than the SoA 'boss.' Open up SK and take a look if you don't believe me. Elminster can get something like 12 spells for each mage spell level (levels 1-9) and 12 spells per level for priest spells (levels 1-7), and IIRC, he has every single priest spell. He's also got a shysterload of innate abilities.

As it stands, we can kill Irenicus - try knocking Elminster down Sonic - 'Elminster's Evasion' is a very handy ability methinks [img]smile.gif[/img] Not sure if that's a Bioware invention, but IIRC he has 3 of every single spell (!) in the game memorised.
