How can I use "Male3" for BGII?

In the readme that's in your BG2 directory, open it and press control+f. Type in sound. Keep clicking next till it gets to the spot that tells you how to put in custom sounds.
There's 1 problem, however. The soundsets for characters in BG1 are far fewer than the ones for characters in BG2. You're gonna have some gaps that you'll have to fill in with another voice.

Ya know, being a lazy guy and all(I'm actually not lazy, just compouter illiterate), I'm really surprized that nobody has done this yet.

I can't be the only guy who likes some of the BGI soundsets.

Actually, I think there even used to be sites around who offered the BG1 soundsets, so you could use them easier for BG2. Only problem is, BG2 hit its popularity peak more than 3 years ago, and many of those old sites simply don't exist anymore - survival of the fittest, of sorts. Though it *is* possible that those files can still be found online. Have you checked Sorcerer's Place already, by any chance?

Tried Sorcerers Place, no luck there (unless I'm just looking in the wrong place). :(

Sorcerer's Place does indeed have BG1 soundsets, but not the specific one you want: They have a zip files that contains the voices of all 25 BG1 NPCs, but I don't think they have the "generic" voices. Still, you might be able to go rummaging around in your BG1 directory and unearth them yourself.

For a workaround, you can "copy" several of the sounds from BG1 and rename them to fit the extra slots. Your character could get repetitive in-game, but at least would stay in-voice. Follow these maps:
