I know this is not at all imortant but who gives you the unseeing eye quest? I thought it is a church depending on your allignement. I played with good it was the church of lathander, then neutral and it was Helm. Now i'm playing evil and it's still the church of helm? shouldnt it be talos? Not that it matters but i just wanted to know evrything is allright. My reputation is 7 if it makes any difference.

I think when I've played evil parties it was Helm. Maybe they just give you the benefit of the doubt (there is that line about "your reputation is not quite what we would expect"), figuring that they really don't care who destroys the cult as long as it gets done. My guess is that the talossians couldn't care less about a beholder cult and actually might benefit from it, so why try to destroy it?

When I last played an evil party, I was given the quest by a priest of Talos.

The quest is almost certainly reputation, and NOT alignment based.

I always get the quest from the Helm's temple people. Maybe that's because I'm always a goody two shoes. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Definately based on reputation. I always used to go with Helm, but this time, it wasn't

I reloaded got my reputation down to 2 and it was still Helm... I then reloaded got my reputation up to 18 (in temples) and again it was Helm.

Maybe it has to do with your class?

helm if not a cleric, appropriate temple if you are cleric...it then becomes related to your cleric stronghold.
