So I had completed most of the Reputation-Gaining quests before taking on Mae'Var and femaling Edwin. During this I had Anomen in the group for a while but dropped him off.

Firstly, I took on Mae'Var later because I had the Solaufien MOD installed. If anyone has played the MOD, then you know the Mae'Var is uber-beefed up and nearly impossible to beat if you fight him before doing anything else. After all, when you leave Jon-Boy's dungeon, you are about level 8-10... I kept the MOD installed because I like the tactical night encounters, so I decided it's best to kill Mae'Var after my level is high enough.

Skip to the present and I don't want Edwin to leave my group before his sex-change, so I cheat with Shadowkeeper and give myself normal reputation. So Mae'Var dies, Edwin goes through both his sex changes, and I drop him for Anomen.

I do Anomen's sister quest, picking the right road though being neutral good, if it were me I'd have gone and killed Saerk. Anyway, right away Anomen is called by Sir Ryan Trawl to recieve judgement for knighthood.

We go, however it turns out that because of my reputation (Normal) and the fact that I'm a Bhaalspawn, Anomen is denied knighthood because for all the Order knows, he could be hanging out with brigands!

Naturally, Anomen is poed, and I couldn't blame him. C'mon prelate! His sister dies and he DOES the RIGHT thing by letting the law handle it, he's slaved away for years in the Order, and just because of MY reputation, not his, you deny him knighthood!?

If I were Chaotic Good I would have laid waste to those buggers...

Here's where it gets interesting. We storm out, and Anomen starts a dialogue about how he killed 20 giants (?) in a campaign. Correct me if I'm wrong, isn't that his romance dialogue?

And if it is, may I note, now, that my character is male? Could Anomen be bisexual?

I reloaded and fixed my Rep. since Aerie and I were already a couple. However, I'm going to try this again with another male character...

Maybe Anomen felt it was ok to hit on me since he wouldn't be a knight?

I find that highly amusing. And I do think Anomen might be bi, because he reeks of repression. But that's just me.

As for all of THAT, just remember that when you cheat, you open a window for all those kinds of bugs and possibilities.

Yes, The Psych Student in me senses Anomen's repression.

You need a higher-than-normal reputation (15?) in order to get Trawl and the other Radiant Heart paladins to talk with you. Using SK to play with your reputation did you in.

Evil characters will only leave your party if your reputation hits 18 or higher. Reload from a save (you have saved before all this, right?), hover your rep in the 15-17 range (go get caught stealing from a store you don't care too much for, like the fruit guy in Waukeen's Promenade), and Anomen and Edwin should be happy. Sure, they'll be whining that the party's not evil or good enough, but at least they won't leave, so you'll be happy. (And Edwin's trick is neat.)

Nope. That's one of his few non-romance PC dialogues. I think he has another one. In fact, all the romancable characters have a few dialogues for the same-gender or non-romanced PC. (And on a side note, I'm glad that Kevin Dorner finally got around to fixing Viconia's female-PC-only "what brought you to the Life?" dialogue. That thing would sound off every half-hour of play or so. :( )

another quick way to drop some reputation points is to slayer change. very quick and easy.

ShadowKeeper's rep editing has always been a bit buggy for me. If you want to cheat to raise rep, give yourself gold or items to sell in SK, then donate, as Raistlin said.

Oh, and Jerr, I could tell you, but I'd have to kill you. And it would blow my cover as a Red Wizard.... Why, if they found out I was a Harper and not a wizard, but a sorcerer, why... ::looks around:: Oops...
