Yes, definately worth it. Just make sure you're not playing a class where you can't wear magical jewelry (like the Wizard Slayer that I'm soloing right now. I forgot about rings, so he can't rengerate from them :( )

And the sell price is not consistent with the value of the item... I suppose the aura it gives off would disturb and unnerve shopkeeps.
