Ive always wonderd how it is possibel to be an half elf? I mean in the disctription it says half human half elf. but if your dad was an God....
I dont understand someone explain this for me pleas!
same goes for half orcs...

Bhaal can take the form of any being he wants to. He can be an elf, orc, human: when he feels to be a dragon, he can be so as well.

Or he could mate with an existing half-elf.

If I remember right from BG1, the race of the child was whatever race the mother was. So, if your mother was a half-elf, and Bhaal was the father, then you would be a half-elf (and you would have "the taint" from your father).
