Don't worry, it isn't what you think! ;)
(~Vague due to potential SPOILERS~) - - - - - - - - - - - After achieving the necessary cash, I received a visit from two scurrilous individuals. Fearing to make a wrong choice, I thought I'd think about the situation before commiting to one course or another. Seems sensible enough. Imagine my surprise however, when I encounter one of the two in the Graveyard at night. Caught off-guard, I sort of said no to the person in question. As the conversation was initiated outside my behest, I couldn't get out of it without giving an answer. Unfortunately, I hadn't saved it at an appropriate place before hand, and I feel that I might have blown my chances to pursue this direction in the future. Idiot. There is probably some cheeky CLUA malarkey I could use, but I'd rather not. The question is: is it possible to speak to the woman in question again, or am I limited to the alternative course of action? Edit: Is it even worth being concerned about, or should I just carry on and choose this path next time? [ 01-07-2004, 07:47 AM: Message edited by: Lord Brass ] |
When you've said no to Bodhi, you cannot initiate dialogue with her (or Valen) again. But don't worry, there's an alternative.
|
Thanks Link. Do you mean I have to adopt the alternative path i.e. go back to the initial contact and follow his suggestion? Or is there another way to pursue Bodhi's option?
|
Just go back to your initial contact, and everything will work out fine. Just remember that Bodhi and the Shadow Thieves are no friends of each other ;)

Lol link. I think Brass was trying very hard to keep the names of the two sides anonymous, but aw well lol. Staright to the point though, straight to the point.

Hadn't saved at an appropriate place...? Try your autosave next time.

Too much information by the way guys. Head...hurts...too...many...numbers... I suppose I'll pick it all up eventually. Seems like there's a lot though. |
Patience, Grasshopper, soon perfectly good portions of your brain will be devoted to this sort of information. Forever. And you'll never be able to get it back. Mwa ha ha ha ha. ::ahem:: Right. Carry on.

In order to speak with the person in question, you have most likely entered the GY from another city district, so the AS would be in that district ;) . But no worries! the other faction is much cooler, anyways |
(A drunken Halfling stumbles into the room)
Me, the drunken Halfling: Illuuurmmina...thrat Anormen sayz he likers you! He said he wernts to-- (Drunken Halfling gets slapped on head by Anomen) Anomen: How dare you spout your venomous lies to this fair lady! I never said such a foul statement! *Looks embarrassed* Me: Er, I wuz jurst telling her you warnted to give her some posies!! *Stomps on Anomen's boot* |
