I'm playing SoA for the second time around and am working my way through Spellhold right now. I didn't complete a lot of the subquests in the first three chapters because I wanted to give Imoen a chance to up her experience level. So here's my question: When I finish chapter 5 and head back to destroy Bodhi, will I have time to complete some subquests first before doing that, or do I have to kill Bodhi soon after returning?

Also, I'm a ranger and am earning the right to the ranger stronghold. I've completed the first two quests and know there's one more. Will my starting chapters 4 and 5 hurt the timing or will I receive news of the last quest as soon as I return to the city?

you can do as many quests as you want, Bodhi's not going anywhere. ;) I've never done the Ranger stronghold, but you should be able to pick up where you left off, that's how it works for De'Arnise stronghold.

all stronghold related quests, or any timed quests for that matter, are put on hold once you set sail for Brynnlaw. Beware though, after you emerge from Underdark, all the quests put on hold might(and most likely will) trigger immediately after you surface.

On topic though: maybe they should've let Delon die after you've spoken to him. More drama that way, and not only Minsc who wants to go to the Umar Hills. :rolleyes:
