Quite a while back, I was playing a Shapeshifter and enjoying myself immensely. Until I ran in to a demon that required +3 magical to hit. I quickly found out that even the Greater Werewolf only hits as a +2. I have read about Wiemer's rebalanced Shapeshifter, but it seems a little too powerful for my tastes. Nontheless, I would like to change the Greater Werewolf's claws to +3.

Has anyone done this? I haven't seen it listed on any site. If it has been done, could someone point me in the right direction?

You cant just change something like that without a MOD! But there are plenty of +3 weapons out there, most likely staffs would be what you are looking for. This might be one battle where you cant shapeshift and you have to relie on spells and weapons!

what do you mean you can't change it without a mod? that'd be one of the easist changes possible...just find out what item the claw the great wearwolf uses is..and change that in IEEP...easy peasy.... although i'd make it +4 as it is GREAT wearwolf...not some sissy pansy normal wearwolf ..its supposed to be your most powerful form so not being able to hit stuff with it is silly... well is it not just possible to dispell the claws and go for an ordinary weapon instead? It would be cheesy, though

Srry I geuss I meant like with out technically doing anything to your game. Useing the IEEP would be technically cheesey and dmuzzy should find a different way that involves stuff in the game. You know thats cheap, what i meant is there is know way to actually change it in the game....like by leveling up or anything...or is there??

Well i guess it should be possible..with a little more work, to make the claw become more powerful as you level up. just make a few different .cre files with the different levels of claws, then change the spell file that casts when you use the ability to be the different creature files at different levels....

shouldn't be too hard...if it works....
