I had a female swashbuckler and decided to dual her to a fighter at lvl 11. I did but now I am unable to use my thieving skills! This is my first time dualclassing and after reading many threads about it, I was not aware this would happen. Do the skills ever come back?

This is the way as it was supposed to be. When you will reach level 12 with Fighter those skills will reactivate.

They do when you reach lvl. 12 as a Fighter. ;)
