I entered Spellhold. Took the Irenicus tour. Now I'm in a dream sequence(I think) where I enter a building and find Imoen. She sez to NOT FIGHT, or I will lose. I go outside and get Bhaal to follow me in to the building,,,, now, not fighting is just getting me killed. Imoen doesn't help, she just stands there. So, I presume I have to fight. Spoil me.

I think she says you need her help to fight him, not that you should not fight him at all. Go in, talk to Imoen, go out, lead Bhaal inside, then you have to beat the tar out of Bhaal. You can't kill or beat him, but once you do enough damage he talks and.... well, go do this and you'll see. ;)

My memory is fuzzy but i think you have to get him to imoen then either damage him or heal him. Cant remember, but if hitting him dont work try a healing spell [img]smile.gif[/img]

Yip, Raging Kobold is right. Imoen says something like "NOW!" and that is your cue to start hacking.

The empathic manifestation in the unseeying eye quest. The demon-looking thing you have to kill via healing to free the Avatar and talk to him thus obtaining the rift device part.

You can't actually KILL Bhaal, you can only get him to "Near Death." But to complete the dream sequence, you have to
1) Get him to Near Death
2) Get him into Imoen's sight radius.
When that happens, Imoen will (should) say her piece, and then things will happen. If Imoen does <u>not</u> say her piece, you should (dun dun dun DUNNNN).....
Initiate conversation with her yourself.

Thanks for the info guys. I was having trouble beating Bhaal as a mage/thief, but I have the Cloak of Sewers(Bwahaha!). Changing into a troll did the trick, got Bhaal to "near death" and initiated the sequence to get me to Bohdi's maze(Yea!).
