Ok, so I let her go in the dungeon, now I'm out and need a healer in my party...... I could use Aerie, but I'm half mage, so I don't need her.

Can Anyone help?

Faceman 11-07-2003 08:17 AM

did you brush her off or did she leave nicely?
If so then she should be in the southwest corner of the dock district right in front of a big orange building.

if not, you could go for Anomen or Viconia...

Azaghal 11-07-2003 10:17 AM

You can get Jaheira back one time. She'll wait where faceman said. When you dismiss her for a second time she'll be gone forever IIRC.
Anomen is a good substitute as a plain cleric, especially after (ahem, very slight spoiler)

certain changes he will undergo during the game. He's a pretty good melee fighter.

End of spoiler!

Aerie is not so bad, you can never have enough mage power. But she is rather weak and has little HP.

Viconia is fun to have in your party (and she's sexy), but Anomen is the better choice as a cleric. Best thing about Viconia besides her obvious advantages: natural MR (25% IIRC).

I would phrase that as "certain changes he might undergo," myself.

It's actually 65%. Kinda makes up for her lousy combat abilities, huh? ;)

She wasn't at the harpers house.......

I had Viconia, but she keeps dying......

Anomen is just too freakin' annoying......

I'll prolly just start over, and keep her in the party.

Thanks Guys

If you cannot seem to get jaheria back, i would start the game because i find her extremely useful as a party character. Her status as fighter/druid is nice and she can be easy used as a tank to go in as she can get low AC fairly easily

Is there any chance you could have told her to go to the Copper Coronet?

You can't send Jaheira to the Copper Coronet.
If you kick out or brush off an NPC under normal circumstances (no rep. conflict, no harsh words) you get two options:
1. Wait right here (does not always apply in Chateau Irenicus)
2. Go to "location" (does not apply in Spellhold Maze)

each NPC has his/her own location (the CC applies for several but not nearly all of them)
these are:

Aerie: the circus
Anomen: the Copper Coronet
Cernd: the Grove (IIRC not sure about that)
Edwin: I NEVER kick him, so I don't know :D
Haer'Daelis: the playhouse in the Bridge District
Jaheira: the Harper Hold by the Docks
Jan: his home in the Slums
Keldorn: the Order (or his house I'm not sure)
Korgan: the Copper Coronet
Mazzy: her home in Trademeet
Minsc: the Copper Coronet
Nalia: the Copper Coronet
Valygar: his Cabin in the Umar Hills
Viconia: the Graveyard
Yoshimo: the Copper Coronet

<span style="color: lightblue">Edwin goes to the Copper Coronette, Haer'Dalis actually goes to the Five Flagons - ie, the inn *above* the playhouse.
There are some other circumstances in which these don't apply - if you haven't done their quests yet, Haer'Dalis goes to Raelis Shai, and Nalia goes to her Keep. I think Aerie can go somewhere else if Quayle is dead.
