I'm only in Chapter 3, but I couldn't help noticing that the love talk from Jaheira has fallen off. I did a quick forum search, and discovered that the most likely culprit is that I'm just being impatient and that I have to wait awhile longer for the next romantic interlude ... but I also read something about screwing up the romance if you let Jaheira die and resurrect her (which I did at some point earlier in the chapter). I have ToB installed, the official patch, and Baldurdash's patch. Can anyone enlighten me ..?

The resurrection issue is one I am not familiar with. I almost always reload instead of resurrect. You may need to go back and play through again to fix that bug.

I suggest you try two things before going back, though:
1. Sleep outside. This just might do the trick. You'll know if it works.
2. Go to Sorcerer's Place, get the complete romance dialog guide. Then get ShadowKeeper if you don't have it already. Go into the global variables and change the lovetalk variable to the one you last remember (the romance guide gives the LT numbers). Also, make sure the romance is still active in the JaheiraRomanceActive global variable (should be set to 1 or 2 -- not 3). I used a similar fix to get a bugged Viconia romance moving again.

I played through Jaheira's romance just fine with no problems with the exact install you have. However, I am in the minority. Most players report bugginess in the Jaheira romance.

i thought i lost my romance with jaheria (it was my planned attempt) till a most recent post and what happened to me when my party slept outside...if i saved it, the romance would end...i have to make that happen again.

On the off-chance that anyone still cares: sleeping outside per Timber Loftis' suggestion did the trick, and Jaheira is glancing meaningfully my way once again. Apparently the resurrection/romance screw-up was only an unfounded rumor. (Or maybe I just made it up. Did I mention that I sometimes hear Boo talking to me while I sleep?)
