*is the scroll improved haste available on the surface as well as the underdark? i would hate to leave the underdark without it and not be able to get it on the surface

The scroll is available in the bridge ditrict near nebb's house. There is a merchant there.

Black Baron, I can understand a double-post because of cruddy connections, but how on earth does a triple post happen accicentally? I really gotta get my vision checked.

Well there is a difference between first and the second & third. The first one says nerchant and the other two say merchant. Doesn't make it more legitimate though :rolleyes:

thanks everybody...on other question....do i need improved haste in the underdark or can i do it without it?

Of course you can do without it,but it is good to have a scroll or two just for "safety" reasons.(I.e:sudden fights where you need to move fast)
