Can anyone send me a link to down load this MOD for free, in english. And i do not have a membership to fileplanet so i can not get it off that.

i believe you can download it here. there are various download mirrors, so just pick a non-fileplanet mirror(theyre polish or russian, but i believe its still in english). btw, its doesnt cost anything(or atleast it shouldnt), fileplanet just requires a fee so you can get instant download, but if youre ready to wait for a while, you can get it for free at fileplanet too.

SO explain on how I am supposed to wait a while and how will I know when I can down load and how do I get to the point where I CAN wait for the download???

You still need a user ID (which is free). You select the "downlaod" option, then
you get to the "Which server would you like" screen, select a free server (which are near the bottom of the screen), and a window pops up. If there is a wait you agree to sit in line, it says "XYZ minutes remaining" and then when your time is up it says "click here to start download". If there isn't a wait you skip to the last step.

Quotes are probably not exact, but they caputre the general idea.
