In the sewer that leads to the slaver barracks, i hav the ring hand and blood for the riddle quest, but the kobold wizard wont show up. Why?

You are cheking next to the small river in the sewers? The one that is bridged by a fallen door. Sometimes there is a glitch where monsters don't appear unless you move all your party to the spot at the same time. Are you moving 1 person at a time? If he isn't there then SK the staff into your inventory, hardly breaking any rules if it is a bug.

He is right. I also tryed that way and it worked. First I went inside only with assassin, but it was nothing. Than I went in with whole party and it worked.
