item codes where do u type them in?
|
Open CLUA console, enter CLUAConsole:CreateItem("itemcode") if you want an item, or CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("creaturecode") if you want a creature to appear. Someone will be along in a moment to tell you that cheating is evil, and that I have probably given you the wrong cheat anyway.
If you found the codes, the information about typing them in is nearby. |
it says debug dump bahbahbah
x=bahbahy=bahbah sriptname- |
but nothing happens

where is the item i asked for?

Tasslehoff: Learning how to use the CLUA console and 3rd-party editing programs like Shadowkeeper is all well and good, but from what I've seen from your posts so far, you sound like you're very new to the game. Don't cheat yet. Play the game first.
The best reason to cheat is to fix bugs in the game--you haven't mentioned any yet. The second best reason to cheat is to make balanced changes to the game (like putting the Cavalier kit on a Fighter), because you've played the game many times and want some variety. The third best reason to cheat is to use items/spells/whatever that you made yourself. The very worst reason to cheat is to give your newbie party the very best items in the game, to make up for the fact that you don't know what you're doing yet.
Don't cheat yet. Play the game first. Wait until you have a good reason to cheat before you do so.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now that that's out of the way..... Open up your Baldur.ini file, and look for the line that says "Game Options". Right under that line, add in "Debug Mode=1" and then another line that says "Cheats=1". (I forget which one does it, so I just use both.) Now start BG2. In-game, press Ctrl-Space. This opens up the CLUA Console, which is a text window at the bottom of your screen. Here is where you can type cheats in. CLUAConsole:CreateItem("SCRL75") will make a single scroll of Identify appear in the Inventory of your party leader. (Whoever's portrait is on top is the party leader.) Note that when using the CLUA Console, the part that's inside the quotes (in this case, the "SCRL75") is not case-sensitive--but everything else IS. |
a neat little thing i found was that if you type gorion as the creature code gorion shows up, if you attack him you will die, no matter what
