i use the ease of use mod, but the multi-strongholds part of it has a bug. happens with Garren Windspear and the Paladin Stronghold mod. It is common, I hear. is there a way to fix/advoid this? like, is there a different Multi-stronghoolds mod that I could use?

If you're referring to where he says it bears a great strain on him and mentions nothing else, then yes it can be fixed. Read on if that is the bug you're talking about.

It's easy to fix it really, take a sling or some other less damaging weapon and hit his daughter once with it. She won't turn hostile but will flee outside so give her room. Go outside and she will speak and you will rest.

Hit her a second time and she will return inside and the dwarf will come and talk, and the bandits will appear. This is how you fix the bug.

The problem is supposed to be fixed as of version 130 of WeiDU. The latest version of EOU might contain the fix, otherwise get a copy of the current WeiDU (version 137), uninstall the mod and reinstall using the renamed EXE file.
