Ok the above 2 itmes I don't have a clue what their use or purpose is...?
I am in ToB now and I still have these items with me...
they cannot b forged into any other weapon or part of a recipe?
There must b some obscure side quest that I missed?
I know the harp can only b used by bards but just out of curiosity
Is it good? what does it do, abilities bonuses etc? and how powerful is it?

The Lich's Tooth? Where did you get that one? I can't quite remember ever getting this item. You don't mean Sekolah's Thooth, do you?
Methil's Harp can dispel hold effects up to three times a day. I think the harp is quite useless.

The Harp can dispel hold person/stun/... 3 times a day
The tooth is part of an Ust Natha sidequest. Do you still know where you got it?
I'm not quite sure if it disappears after use or not. So you got to know yourself if you missed something or just didn't remember to throw away an useless key.

Methild's Harp will dispel Hold, but not Stun. Pretty much a kick in the face to the player, considering where you find it. It goes through a slight upgrade with Item Rebalancing.

The Lich's Tooth does indeed disappear after you use it.
