Is there a way to automatically load a saved game when running BG2 so as the menu does not appear and it brings you straight into the action? It is so irritating doing the smae thing everytime I click on the BG2 icon. I was thinking of something like changing the shortcut and adding something like baldur.exe -load save1. Like quake. Is it possible?

Dunno, never heard of it before. Give it a try, but honestly, it isn't that much of a problem is it?

Ive never heard of a command line option to do that, and nothing in the .inis looks like it could do it. If its there, its an undocumented feature and the only good way to find out would be to ask bioware.

But I doubt its there at all.

I dont think that there is a command like that... But it'll sure be sweet tho.

Why? All it would do is save you 30 seconds, or so.
