Exactly what does this add-on do? And how much does it change the game around? It sounds interesting, but I want to know what it will do before I get it. And will it change my games that are already in progress?

You have to start a new game for The Darkest Day to take effect. Basicly, what it does, it adds a very lengthy list of new classes, weapons, items, and bad guys. It adds about 5 new areas I think, been awhile since I've played it. It really is a good play, but I must warn you, it is extremely bugged.

And items are soooo over-powered. :(

I started this thread after I had TDD installed for about 2 days.

It was uninstalled a few days later. If you read that you'll see why. You may like it, I'm not trying to discourage you from trying it, but there's a few good reasons on that thread to avoid it.

Too bad it was fixed on a low budget, would have been a lot better of a mod then.

Another big downside to TDD (IMO) is that it fills up ALL your kit slots, so you can't install any other. I had some nice bugs with this one ;) Still: great effort TDD-maker-dude!
