I got a big problem here. I'm trying to kill him and nothing seems to work. The walk through that I got from here says that it shouldn't be any problem but , nomatter what I do I can't kill this creature. How do I kill this thing? Please help!

I would say black, and given that, use typical dragon fighting tactics, skeleton warriors from animate dead (due to their mag resist),

Spread your fighters around the critter,

If you have a druid or ranger use summon swarm/insect plague,

Lower it's resistance to spells via magic resistance + lower resistance or mulitple lower resists.

Breach will help immensely to remove combat protections like stoneskin, if you have HLA's(ToB only) GWW will remove skins VERY fast.

At this point actually hitting him with your tanks shouldn't be a problem, use anti-dragon weapons/armor if there's a paladin of course he should use Carsomyr, otherwise use the best weapons you have, and fight like there's no tomorrow.

Big_Daddy02 proabably didn't fight the other dragons before confonting Nizidramananii'yt (fighting red, shadow and silver dragon is optional); if he has fought them, he shouldn't have problem dealing with Niz.

one more thing add to what Morgeruat said (the usual dragon fighting tactic), Niz will cast insect plague and entaglement early in the fight and so don't send your party near her too early, let the summon monsters or/and undeads to take the spells first.

Yes, it's the Black Dragon. The Shadow one is named something that starts with Thax.
