~Challenging the LeaderShip Of a DruiD GroVe~?

I could not see this anywhere in the manual that the above could b done for a druid? But only when you go into new areas from 1 map section to the next (there r like little playing tips and hints and one of them was a druid cannot Challeng the LeaderShip Of a DruiD GroVe until he is at least level 14?)
I played with CERND (as soon as he became of sufficient level) and went back to the grove and spoke to the Leader there and no new dialogue appeared and there did not seem to b any other way to be able to do this....???
So I am wondering what it means ?
Can any1 pls tell me?
And so what happens if u do become a Leader? Do u get more abilities/spells, more power? or what?

The only one who can challenge for the druid grove is you, the player. The Druid Grove is the druid's stronghold, just as the fighter has the de'Arnise Hold as his.

As a leader of the grove you get your stronghold, the safe refuge. You might even get some items, but I've never played druid before, so I don't know about that.
