I'm just about to start chapter 4 of the game and was wondering if you can go back to Athkatla once you do? This is my first time playing the game (ANY AD&D game!), so I hope I'm not asking a dumb question! [img]smile.gif[/img]

i've gone through what must be very close to all of it (am just selling some gear if you see what i mean) but ooh baby what a sequence

even having been a bit spoiled by hanging around here too much when i'm away from the game (like i know the basic plot already, major baddies etc. :( ) it was fantastic - really exciting and atmospheric - in fact i stayed up pretty much all night to finish it, it just didn't seem right to stop somehow!

You should probably do most stuff before chapter 6, as you will want the power to help you out a bit. Rushing through the game won't exactly make some of the tough battles fun...if you know what i mean (like reloading 500 times :D ).
