I ve seen gem bags,scroll cases and ive heard there are bags of holding but is there any potion holding containers?
If not is there a mod that adds them and if so could some one link me to em?

Well... if you buy ToB, you can use Potion Bags in the game. One in SoA, and more when you enter ToB proper.
