I've had my fight with Bodhi after I staked Lassal's coffin. My only question is, are there only three coffins or did I miss some?

I'm assuming you mean the one that's empty and shaped like a boat or something? Where all the blood pools are? I went back there, but there still wasn't anything in it.

The 3 stake-able coffins on the first level are only for the named vampires (Lassal, Tanova, and Gellal). Apparently, all the others aren't mature enough to have reached the "you-need-to-stake-me-in-order-to-really-kill-me" stage.
