Time for another Cheat or Cheese question, so here it is. Is it considered cheating to put an item into your inventory using Shadow Keeper that you forgot to get earlier in the game? This item is sold in stores, and when you insert it in your inventory, you deduct the ammount of gold you have for what it was worth. Cheating or not?

It's still cheating. Characters forget items, it happens. Most of the time it's possible to go on with the game w/o doing it. Really though in my opinion, any modifying of game-affecting 'things' in SK is cheating (Changing your portrait for example doesn't matter).

That said, it's a rather harmless form of cheats. Out of interest, what item were you getting?

If you lost an item and searched for it,but you couldn`t find it it`s not cheating. Or if you lost and item due to a bug,it`s not cheating.
Giving yourself items freely like without any knowledge of them or something like it,it`s cheating.

Ohh, God, I'm so screwed in Suahagin City without the Reflection Shield then [img]graemlins/uhoh1.gif[/img]

Especially if it`s Improved Sahuagin City. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Hmm would PfNormal Missiles work? :D

Not cheating. Definetly. If you forgot something, you have the chance to get it back. As simple as that.

It's still cheating if you deduct the amount of gold it's worth from your stack? Ahhhh, the force doesn't deflect paralysis bolts, ahhhh.

Physical Mirror/Holy Smite annihilates the Improved Sahuagin City. The Sahuagin paralyze themselves with the bolts, which is quite nice. As long as you have no objection to resting several times to clear an area, a single Priest can easily do the place. Oh and the reflection shield... When I did the Imp Sahuagin City with Jaheira having the Reflection Shield and being in front, all Sahuagin grabbed out their spears and impaled her :( . They didn't do so with Hisgorth (The Berserker/Cleric) when he used Physical Mirror.
