I just cannot make up my mind. I'm going to go with a Kensai character as I've said in another post along with Jaheira, but here's my problem.

I want to dual him to a theif, but I'm going to side with Bodhi to get Valen so there's no point but there's Valen's interactions with everyone, in churches, Lonk the Sane, Drizzt Do'Urden, the Radiant Heart, so forth so it'd be hard for a good party. Trying to dual him to a mage wouldn't be all that useful because I'm getting Tashia and Sola on the way.

Any suggestions?

taking valen means that u must be evil, if not you will make conflicts between her, and the worse part, she may quit from your party.so the key, is, what alignment do u want to make?if evil, valens the answer to have.dont think about her conflicts with the radian heart and any other things, cause thats suppose to happen, u cant avoid it.but if want a good alingment party, throw valen, and take another NPC that u like, another good pure classed fighter.since you want to dual to a thief, u dont have to take another thief NPC, except the NPC is multi or dualled and u want to take an advantaged by using its other class besides the thief.just a suggestion though ;) .

What if you don't dual? It's an option. Alternatively, would a Kensai/Cleric work? Kensai/Druid? Just throwing stuff out there.

Kensai->Druid was undoubtably my most fun and most odd character I've ever played.

He`s very powerful but it`s a little funny to imagine a Kensai->Druid his childhood he devoted his soul and body to fast and deadly attackt with Katanas and then he suddenly starts using Clubs,Spears,Slings and no more "Bladed" weapons.

My Kensai->Druid dual wielded scimitars

Really? Did he rock? :D Yes Scimitair`s are good "bladed" weapons for a Kensai->Druid.

Alough I think i prefer all too common Kensai->Mage.

He did indeed rock. Kensai->Mage is undoubtably more powerful, but Kensai->Druid has a peculiar quality about it...

I didn't know Kensai's could dual to druid, what stat would have to be highest for that?

Cool! Kensai Druids could use their Barkskin spell effectively
