I have now gone through the game thre times and I was thinking i might try some other game... I tried Ice wind dale for a while but it was not so fun... so what game do u think is the second best game after baldurs gate?

Before you go to another game, you could try to play BG2 one more time, but now with MODs that enchances and makes the game harder. ;)

If you have decided to get a new game, though, I recommend IWD2. It's the closest you'll get to BG2, except BG1. On a second thought, play BG1 first, and then get IWD2. NWN is also a nifty game. ;)

A few years ago I would have said Baldurs Gate was second best to Planescape:Torment. Nowadays mods have swung it in BG2s favour, but PS:T is still a damn fine game.

Go with Morrowind, it's a completely different type of gameplay.

PS:T and Morrowind are both solid choices and very good games. My personal second favorite is probably a Medal of Honor game, but I am partial to this one game that doesn't get any hype at all called "Divine Divinity". Its interesting...

Yes, but "Divine Divinity" sounds like something that the developers came up with at the last minute.

NWN and Morrowind are quite good, but have their flaws. NWN's graphics are...stale. Morrowind is repetitive-the majority of quests are "bring item X to person Y, collect reward Z, go to location A, find item B, bring item B to person C" etc. These two games are interesting though-they are similar to BGII, and if you can look over their flaws, you'll find them entertaining. I'd recommend IWD, though. Similar to BGII, but less talking and more killing.

Medal of Honor
Return to Castle Wolfenstein
Tactical Ops
Battlefield 1942/Desert Combat Mod
Operation Flashpoint...

I'm happy with a game as long as it has guns in it, and I get to shoot people :D

For a completely different style of gameplay, I found Master of Orion III pretty good. I also recommend NWN, though third edition rules piss me off a little *mumbles*feats...I stick my feats up your {censored}*/mumbles*.
