Do you have any Clerics in your party? If not then that would explain your problem. Or did you go to options and click on Rest Until Healed? If you done both of these then I suppose this might be a bug. Take Xen's and Baron Nights advice.

nobody can heal half his HP while resting 8 hours!

The rest until healing option is intended for clerics (healers in general so a druid or paladin will do as well) or parties with clerics that cast healing spells on rest.
It's an automated option for resting for 8 hours memorizing every healing spell you can and then casting it on the party and afterwards resting for 8 hours with your normal spells memorized.
