Yesterday I did something I had never done before in SoA.
I walked into the governement building with Valygar in my party. As I normally don't recruit him I never came across that issue and I almost didn't dare to enter. However it was no problem, heck I even had him chat with Tolgerias before we all set off for the planar sphere.
So here's my question. Which NPC in SoA pulled the most stupid/unbelievable action in your experience? (Doesn't matter if it was a bug or a game flaw)
With me it was obviously the mighty RotR Cowled who didn't recognize the man he had put out hunters for.

just a bug who thinks you would do such a thing?...

Oh, here's one... In Nalia's Keep trying to find her father, Nalia says this:
"I don't see what trudging around in here has to do with helping the less fortunate." Now that's dumb.

Sir Anomen pronouncing the temple of Lathander as “a dank pool of base corruption.”

Speaking of Anomen, his LoveTalk timers are way off. I have screenshots of him launching dialogues in front of enemies, in poorly-flagged locations, etc.

Anyone who's ever played a with one of Forgotten Wars' flirtpacks will recognize this one. Ever leave a game on pause for a while, like if you've got to go do something and return to the computer half an hour later? Usually when you unpause the game, a flirt will come up. You get some of the strangest flirts in the strangest places. ;)

And speaking of Nalia, she really shouldn't be saying her "this is so beneath me" action acknowledgement when stepping over her daddy's body to unlock the pillar with goodies in the d'Arnise basement.

You think that's bad? I remember someone having her approach the treasure pillar and raid it, while saying "Is that all? I'd hoped for more." [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img]

Some dialogues aren't always right on time (etc. flirting during a battle).

the red dragon: he was not hostile at least 10 seconds real time 10 seconds of hitting, casting etc. Finally when he get hostile he was badly injured.

Almost every time I have to kill a monster in the graveyard cript of bodhy, that stupid mage of the shadow theves kills minsc with his fier ray.

My nominations for the Dumber-than-Noober contest:

Vithal, the mage in the Underdark. How in the world did he survive long enough to learn 9th-Level spells if he's dumb enough to cast Aganazzar's Scorcher on a Fire Elemental???

Squire Cathras, Attendant to the Radiant Heart. Cruise on down there in Chapter 6, and he'll pop up and ask if you'd like to talk to the Prelate. Mention Bodhi, and Cathras immediately freaks out: "What? A vampire? Such a terrible creature truly exists? Here in Athkatla? I had no idea!!!"
